FLO Evaluation

FLOs are evaluated yearly based on sevferal factors. Three of these factors are Leadership, Service, and Social. Here is what last year’s members experienced in these areas:

Leadership

Each freshman in FATE will have numerous opportunities to grow their leadership skills, no matter which committee they join. For example, members of the Publicity Committee will create their own designs for social media posts and merchandise.

Service

FATE partners with Dallas Hope Charities. This last year, we held a drive for hygiene and food items in order to make “worthy bags.”

Social

We had many virtual socials, including movie and game nights. There was also a tie-dye in-person social, as well as our end-of-the-year picnic!
